2 Piece Forged Wheels are a practical upgrade choice for passenger car owners, wheel distributors, modification workshops, and B2B buyers who need custom wheel solutions with stronger product positioning.
For many vehicle upgrade projects, wheels are one of the most important decisions. They influence appearance, stance, fitment, customization direction, and the final value of the build.
Compared with standard replacement rims, custom forged wheels give buyers more flexibility in size, PCD, ET, color, and design style.
The OEM Custom 2 Piece Forged Wheels 17-24 Inch are designed for B2B aftermarket alloy wheel rim projects that require design drawing support, sample-based customization, and full custom production.
This guide explains how 2 piece forged wheels support passenger car upgrade projects, what details buyers should confirm before ordering, and why OEM custom forged rims are useful for professional wheel sourcing.
Why 2 Piece Forged Wheels Are Popular in Custom Car Projects
Custom car buyers often want wheels that match a specific vehicle style, body color, fitment requirement, or market preference. A standard off-the-shelf wheel may not always satisfy those needs.
2 piece forged wheels are popular because they combine a clean forged structure with strong customization potential. They can be designed for different vehicles, different markets, and different visual directions.
For passenger cars, forged wheels can support sport-style builds, luxury upgrades, stance projects, sedan modifications, coupe upgrades, and aftermarket wheel replacement programs.
For B2B buyers, this product category is especially useful because customization creates more value than selling a basic standard rim.
Instead of competing only on price, distributors and workshops can offer wheels based on design drawing, sample reference, color selection, fitment planning, and project-specific requirements.
Forged Aluminum Alloy Construction
Wheel construction is one of the main reasons buyers choose forged wheels. Forged aluminum alloy wheels are commonly selected for upgrade projects that require a stronger combination of structure, appearance, and premium positioning.
The featured product uses alloy, aluminum alloy, and forged alloy material options. The wheel construction is listed as forged, making it suitable for retrofit and upgrade applications.
For passenger car builds, forged construction can help position the product as a serious upgrade instead of a simple decorative change.
The OEM Custom 2 Piece Forged Wheels are suitable for buyers who need aftermarket alloy wheel rims with customizable specifications and professional project communication.
For product pages, the material and construction details should be clearly shown because they help buyers understand why the wheel belongs in a higher-value category.
Design Drawing Support for OEM Custom Projects
One of the strongest advantages of this product is design drawing support. Many B2B wheel projects start from a drawing, reference sample, or customer concept.
The product supports minor customization, drawing-based customization, sample-based customization, and full customization. This makes it useful for dealers, importers, and custom wheel brands that need their own product identity.
Design drawing projects allow buyers to build a wheel style around a target market. For example, one customer may need a clean five-spoke design for sedan upgrades, while another may need a more aggressive design for sport-style passenger cars.
With drawing-based customization, the buyer can discuss spoke shape, rim profile, size, color, PCD, ET, and final application more clearly.
For B2B sourcing, this flexibility is important because it helps buyers create products that are not easily compared with generic wheel listings.
17–24 Inch Size Range for Passenger Car Applications
Wheel diameter has a direct influence on appearance, stance, and vehicle application. A wide size range gives buyers more flexibility when serving different customer groups.
This product is available from 17 inch to 24 inch, including 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 inch diameter options.
A 17 inch or 18 inch wheel can be suitable for practical sedan upgrades and daily-use passenger car builds. A 19 inch or 20 inch wheel can create a sportier appearance for modern vehicles.
Larger options such as 21 inch, 22 inch, 23 inch, and 24 inch can be used for customers who want a stronger premium visual presence.
For distributors and workshops, this size range makes the product easier to promote across different passenger car upgrade markets.
Width Options for Different Fitment Goals
Wheel width affects tire selection, vehicle stance, and the final visual impression of a build. This is why width confirmation is important before ordering.
The product information lists width options as 7–14J and 7–12J. Because both ranges appear in the product information, buyers should confirm the exact available width before quotation.
For passenger car upgrades, narrower width options may be suitable for practical fitment, while wider options may support stronger stance and performance-style appearance.
The best width depends on vehicle model, tire size, suspension setup, fender clearance, and customer preference.
For B2B buyers, confirming width early can reduce mistakes and make the quotation process more accurate.
PCD and ET Customization
PCD and ET are two of the most important technical specifications in wheel sourcing. If these values are wrong, the wheel may not fit correctly.
The featured wheel supports common PCD options including 5x112mm, 5x120mm, and 5×114.3mm. The product information also lists 100–150mm and customizable PCD options.
The listed ET range is 0–45mm, with customization available. This gives buyers more flexibility for different passenger car applications.
Before ordering, buyers should confirm vehicle model, PCD, ET, center bore, brake clearance, wheel diameter, width, and tire plan.
For B2B projects, accurate fitment information helps avoid incorrect production and improves customer confidence.
Painted Finish and Any Color Support
Color is a major part of wheel customization. A wheel design can look very different depending on the finish selected.
This product uses painted finishing and supports any color. This is useful for custom projects where buyers need the wheel to match a specific vehicle style, brand identity, or market demand.
Common finish directions may include black, silver, gunmetal, gold, bronze, white, red, blue, or other custom colors depending on the project.
For B2B buyers, any-color support is valuable because it allows the same wheel concept to serve multiple customer groups.
For example, a clean five-spoke design can be finished in gloss black for sport-style builds, silver for classic appearance, or custom colors for show-car projects.
Five-Spoke and Custom Design Options
The product information lists five-spoke design and custom design drawing support. This gives buyers a practical starting point while still allowing customized development.
Five-spoke wheels remain popular because they are clean, easy to recognize, and suitable for many passenger car styles.
A five-spoke forged wheel can work well on sedans, coupes, and sport-style builds because it gives the vehicle a more direct and performance-oriented look.
Custom design drawing support expands the product beyond one fixed style. Buyers can adjust the design direction based on their target market.
For importers and wheel brands, this makes the product useful for both standard product listing and private custom wheel development.
Certification and Quality Positioning
For B2B wheel sourcing, certification information can help buyers evaluate product positioning and market readiness.
The product information lists JWL, VIA, and ISO9001 certifications. These details are useful for distributors and importers that need clearer quality documentation for customer communication.
Certification requirements may vary by market, so buyers should confirm whether the listed certification details meet their local sales or import needs.
For quotation and project discussion, buyers should explain any certification requirements in advance.
This helps the supplier confirm whether the product and documentation are suitable for the buyer’s target market.
How B2B Buyers Can Use OEM Custom Forged Wheels
B2B buyers can use OEM custom forged wheels in several ways. The most direct use is selling them as aftermarket upgrade rims for passenger cars.
Another use is developing custom designs for a local wheel brand, dealer network, or tuning shop.
Workshops can also use these wheels for complete vehicle upgrade packages, including wheel and tire setup, suspension adjustment, and visual styling.
For importers, customization support makes it possible to create market-specific wheel styles instead of relying only on generic inventory.
The key is to prepare complete project information before communication. A clear design brief helps the supplier understand the buyer’s goal faster.

Ordering Details Buyers Should Prepare
Before sending an inquiry, buyers should prepare complete wheel and vehicle information. This helps the supplier confirm the correct quotation and reduces unnecessary delays.
The key details include vehicle model, wheel diameter, width, PCD, ET, center bore, brake clearance, finish, color, design drawing requirements, certification needs, quantity, and target market.
If the buyer has a design drawing, it should be provided clearly. If the buyer has a sample wheel, sample-based customization details should be discussed before production.
For full customization projects, buyers should also confirm design ownership, project timeline, packaging needs, and market application.
Clear communication is especially important for OEM projects because customization involves more technical details than standard wheel purchasing.
